LOVE this place! Top quality food you can order mild, medium or super spicy (that choice is VERY rare in an Indian restaurant). Chicken tikka masala is fabulous; pakora is perfectly cooked not oily. HUGE MENU of BOTH VEGETARIAN MEAT items! They also do Dosa night Biryani Night . You 'll love it!Vegetarian options: SO MANY VEGETARIAN OPTIONS !! It 's hard to find a restaurant with both vegetarian AND meat options. HUG... View all feedback.
What Kishore Namala doesn't like about Curry Bowl:
I ordered a chicken biryani and it took about 45 minutes to arrive, and unfortunately, the food was not up to par. The Roseville location used to be good, but this particular restaurant is struggling to maintain the same level of quality. View all feedback.
This place was terrible. I and my family (a group of 9) went to lunch and the restaurant was very dirty. The cups stood on the tables on the side, so we asked for new cups and the new ones were full of dust and so dirty. We ordered our food and waited for an hour for our food while they served all who came after us. Half of our order arrived and the other half we have never received. The server was terrible. The manager came out and started to argue with us about our order and even tell us we were last served because we had a big group and all the others came 1. The food was cold. Our children starved and it was a terrible experience. We went to Curry Club for 2 minutes and were so happy and satisfied with our food and service! We will never return to this restaurant!....Only for your guys information, we were NIE rude to them. Even after we waited for our food for almost an hour, we stayed calm. The owner lies there completely and we will never return there and we will ensure that none of our family or friends go there. Regardless of whether you believe that a customer is rude, you should never be RUDE for your customers as BUSINESS!
This place is great. I've eaten here many times and the staff is always friendly, the food is always delicious. Today there was a large family (about 10 people) that caused a scene (learning at the staff) because they waited a long time for their food (over an hour). I understand their frustration, but it is important to remember that this is a small family restaurant. They do the best they can! You never have many employees. If you come to such a place (especially with a large group), expect a long waiting period. It's definitely worth it! Kudos to the young girl who today serves to treat the difficult customer situation with grace. She's very sweet.
If you want GOAT HAIR in your biriyani, then Curry Bowl is the place to go. Do not hesitate to order because you have fun with your family and friends count all goat hair in your biriyani. Summer fun! People who read this from this place. Normally, I don't care to find a hair or two in food, because you can tolerate it and I'll let it go. But I never saw as much hair in a Biriyani as a dozen or more. It seemed like someone was conscious. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I contacted the restaurant several times to correct the situation. Then the owner who wasn't in town told me to apologize and said he'd refund me 50%. 1 week later I still get no refund. I gave them a chance and it's a shame: . I don't know if other rating of this place eats highly blindfolded. Look at pictures. Answer to the owner: No, I will not give you an opportunity to serve you better. You said 50% refund and you haven't taken care of it yet. Actions speak louder than words!
Very nice Indian joint in Prairie City USA. We enjoyed our food thoroughly. Being Indian we went to this place for bite of Indian food. The paneer makhani was really good, my daughter couldn't stop eating it. I enjoyed the simple Dal Tadka Roti. The malai tikka was a little different than what we eat but it was fine. The ambience was nice clean.
Very good Indian food! The spice flavors came through nicely. Medium hot is a good level of spice for people who do not eat a lot of spicy food. We had the Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala. Entrées come with rice. The Garlic Naan was some of the best I've ever had. It actually tasted like it had garlic on it. They are definitely low on staff, but an enjoyable experience all the same. The man who was serving us was all smiles even through he was serving many tables. Thank you for our delicious meal!
