My husband and I ordered the same exact steak, but they looked entirely different in appearance. We really wanted to like chops, because of the location next to the Theater.

The service di... read more The food should be better for the prices they charge. We had to request bread, the mashed potatoes were dry, and the steak was improperly cooked. The service did not meet the standards of a high-end steakhouse. They lacked the sharpness and professionalism you would anticipate. We were disappointed each time we dined there. I will be choosing Ruth Chris next time for a quality steak, as they never let me down.

This did not meet the standards typically associated with Chops.

The potatoes were cold, the steak was... read more The appetizer of mushroom stuffed was served cold, not even close to being warm. For dinner, I ordered steak and lobster. The potatoes were cold, the steak was warm, and the lobster was also warm. I decided not to order dessert because our bill was already over $150. The service was great and there was a good selection of wine. My husband's dinner was also on the warm/cold side. He ordered oysters for an appetizer, which tasted okay but were very small and almost not worth the effort. Neither of us complained to the server about our cold food, as we both have worked in customer service for many years. We would rather not go back than complain about our meals. Thank you.

The potatoes were cold, Steak was warm my lobster was warm. I didn't decide to order desert as our bill was over 150.00. Service was great and wine selection was good. My husband's dinner was also on the warm/cold side. He ordered oysters for appetizers. They tasted okay, but they were very small. Almost not worth the effort. We didn't complain to the server about our cold food. My husband and both worked in costume service for many years. We'd rather not go back than complaining about our meals. Thank you.
