I wasn’t asking for a salad wi... read more I find it strange that when I order a burrito, I have to pay extra if I want the tortilla, since it’s naturally part of the meal. I wasn’t asking for a salad with a side tortilla—this was just my burrito served in a bowl for convenience. They used to ask if I wanted the tortilla inside the bowl or on the side, and if on the side, they’d warm it up and wrap it in foil. This time, when I brought up my concern, a rude employee stepped in and dismissed the original server who was trying to help. The server was polite and likely new, just following procedures, but the other employee only made the situation worse. When I voiced my frustration, the employee told me to talk to a manager, which I didn’t want—I just wanted my bowl prepared as requested. Meanwhile, the line grew behind me. A manager eventually showed up but didn’t immediately identify herself. The situation didn’t get any better; I even had to ask if she was the manager because of how curt she was. She was confrontational despite my attempts to resolve things calmly. During all this, the original server had already started warming and wrapping my tortilla, but it just sat there while I waited. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I left feeling frustrated and ignored.
