This Chipotle is quite disappointing and would greatly benefit from a new manager who focuses on customer service and satisfaction rather than cutting costs on side tortillas and enforcing meager meat portions. The meat I received was the smallest scoop I've ever encountered, with pieces even smaller than my rice. It was the worst bowl I've had at Chipotle. Definitely choose the Bidwell location!

My... read more The kids' quesadilla was missing from my order; all I got was a container of rice and guacamole. Fortunately, I had cheese and tortillas at home to make do. My steak tacos had barely three slices of meat, which made for a disappointing meal. Next time, I’ll likely choose one of the many other nearby restaurants. This place really needs to improve its quality control.
