Blue Nami - Folsom

I decided to give Blue Nami in the Palladio Shopping area a try on a whim, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The hostess seated me immediately and handed me the menu, which offered a wide variety of sashimi, sushi, and other dishes. I opted for the tempura shrimp and the sashimi platter (16 pieces). The food arrived quickly, and everything was excellent. I left feeling very satisfied.

The food is the only thing I have a complaint about, service was amazing, atmosphere was great. I ordered yellow tail with cucumber roll, they did not cut off the blood meat. It was disgusting until I cut out the bad meat. Such a shame.Food: 2/5

We went into Blue Nami to get Oyster Shooter real quick while I car was finishing charging. We waited 45 mins for it and it had no sake in it, just the marinade. After spend $10 per one, we went to Mikuni at it was soososoosoo much better and was $6 an oyster shooter.

The food was average and the prices were quite high. The lighting改善 was poor, and the restaurant was severely understaffed, with only one server who also doubled as the host. Instead of investing hundreds of thousands in decorations, it would be better to allocate that budget towards improving the lighting and hiring more staff. Aside from that, the place was alright.

This place is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to! I really loved the service that the waitstaff provided to my mom and me.
