What Carolina Ferry doesn't like about Big Wave Coffeehouse:
Very surprised, and disappointed, to be told a refill of my iced tea would be charged the same as my original order. Some places provide free refills, some places charge a nominal amount, very few places offer no discount on a refill. If nothing else, the fact you are not having to provide me a new cup/lid/straw should justify some type of discounted refill price. View all feedback.
Love this place and the staff. Bean helped me today and was awesome! I am a simple coffee drinker; I like a basic drip coffee or Americano. Today I had the latter and it was fantastic! There's plenty of seating to hang out and enjoy! See you next time!
New interesting Hawaiian-themed coffee shop that not only offers coffees and teas, but also flavored sodas and a few original concoctions. Their cupcakes have funny names.
Best place around, to get a drink and hangout. They have some amazing drinks, my favorite is the blended white mocha with an extra white chocolate (they use Ghirardelli chocolate) it's Soo good. The new owners are awesome and have the sweetest friendliest staff. I just Love this place
We door dashed big wave loved it!! The food was yummy the coffee was even better! Great way to start my Saturday morning! Will definitely order again in the near future !
Very nice and friendly staff and tasty coffee drinks with alternative milks available.
