When we addressed the issue with the manager, their response was that it couldn’t be possible since everything is pre-seasoned. What?? They declined to conduct a quality control taste test of a freshly made burger and insisted that they don’t add salt because everything is pre-seasoned. There was a complete lack of accountability or concern for the situation.

I had to pull around front and wait only to be served cold fries and old chicken. Nothing was hot, I have no idea why I had to wait. I actually fear the food here now
