What Giuseppe Fiore doesn't like about Agriturismo La Dolza:
wonderful place especially for the smallest lovers of animals, two details to review, for those who go to camper the bathrooms are to say little brutti, I recommend a restructuring, the second famous stonata was the coast from 850 gr to dinner, there will have been at least 300 grams of unmangiable fat, I'm sorry because the meat was good but they should realize it too and should not make it pay for whole. Nice place x summer evenings and not only! you eat well quality excellent price
We had the opportunity to stay a couple of nights in this authentic paradise, immersed in the nature and flavors of the territory, in the company of nice and affable people as always less often happens to meet them. the farm is a didactic farm, where to practice hippotourism, trekking, cycling and everything that can help to live nature, abandoning the stress of everyday life. there is an interesting breeding of cute dogs (bova and samoiedo) that will not fail to attract the attention of the young, who will surely live unforgettable moments here. we also had the opportunity to get the excellent kitchen in a quiet environment sheltered from the heat, under a beautiful porch and in the company of two beautiful cagnoloni. excellent structure, very well managed, in a really fabulous context (it does not miss, in fact, the castle that castel brando on the height above the farm), in close contact with the natural beauty, the excellent cuisine and the sympathy of the managers.
If I recall correctly, this was an incredible place that was very busy on the day we were there. We were led to a separate room that was smaller and less crowded. Our food adventure began with these small, individualized charcuterie plates followed by an interesting pastry shell filled with something that seemed cheesy but excellent. The rest of the meal was delightful and we ended have dessert in the garden. What was a bit magical about this place was when we walked in, they were roasting chickens in the fireplace while children were being entertained by a guitar player. The roasting chickens were part of our lunch as was a polenta that tasted deliciously like chicken juices had dripped on it as the chickens cooked. What a great place to stop.
Strategically wonderful place. excellently managed and perfectly in order with the guidelines of a perfectly organic agriculture. products at km 0, educational farm and hippo tourism. great for holidays with children and pets.
