I eat it a lot, and I like it! uramaki are small and goose, always fresh fish. even the appetizers have their why. and is also ideal for a simple aperitif. it is preferable to eat on the spot, in the takeaway they lose a lot. the price is higher than usual sushi, but it is not an ayce. We ate at Edgar sushi quite a few times , its a tiny hole in the wall restaurant so reservations are a must . Yesterday I made a reservation for that night and we arrived on time. The first sushi bar to sew and definitely the best in Umbria as price quality . not to be missed!
We had dinner at this little place downtown. good food and excellent service. the waiters, two young boys, very kind and super professional. We'll be back!
