The employee taking my order Jabrail was RUDE! I was asking a question and he just turned off the speaker and didn’t come back to me for 5 minutes. Then when I finally placed my order got to the window and he gave me the wrong drinks. I visit this location often however, after this experience I believe I’ll drive a little further and go to orange beach! View all feedback.
Went for two large cotton candy blizzards with extra flavor and extra cotton candy sprinkles. When I got them I looked and they were white with sprinkles so I tasted before leaving no flavor it was plain vanilla ice cream asked to talk to manager and she was rude and just grabbed them and they in trash. I said they are supposed to be pink and she disagreed.. I think I would k ow since this is the only thing I get at dq ever since the cotton candy was a summer blizzard flavor. This is the second time I have had terrible service at this dq..
We ordered through the app and got a nice deal, then picked up in drive thru. No problems and short wait.
