Is a typical farm, family managed. simple menu in local products. ne willing to wait for everything freshly cooked. they also offer some local produce.
The food and service was excellent, we were greeted in the car park on our arrival and escorted to our table. As we have ordered a mixed grill, the waiter brought the meat for our inspection. the ambience is lacking, at least in the cold period as sitting inside what appears to be a shed, it was warm though and cozy enough. The food was excellent , staff very friendly and accommodating. The only negative point was the bill. We had a 50% deal through The Fork, in a small print it said the only the drinks were not included but we were billed full price for the mixed grill and were tild by chef that meat isn't included in the deal either. So we felt a bit cheated.
Great little find in the country-side, beautiful hams and cheeses, bistecca grilled to perfection, and very welcoming owners who are serious about their food. We'll come again!
