Although I had been wanting to try the flagship location in East Village, this was my first time at this small cafe. We were seated right away at the only open table. Orders and payments are made through the Apollo app, which requires you to become a member before ordering. There is a one dessert minimum. Our dessert and drinks arrived quickly after ordering. We had The Harvest for $14.45 and Hot Honey Yuzu Tea for $4.95. The Harvest dessert resembled a plant, with Oreo crumbs as dirt, berries, and soft cheesecake inside the planter. The earl grey milk and raspberry sorbet complemented the dessert well. The Hot Honey Yuzu Tea was also enjoyable, but note that they do not have tea spoons. Overall, while the ordering system and dessert prices may not be ideal for a tea break, Spot Dessert Bar is worth a try if you're looking for a unique and tasty dessert.
