Red Mango - FLUSHING

Rude service and won't be coming back nor will I recommend this location to others. Thankfully, I know many froyo areas with genuine /respectful customer service. I'm a regular customer at red mango so I can tell when quality changes. I don't like drama so I'll be moving on and no I don't want BS response from owner bye!

The day I went there about 2-3 weeks ago. I was serving myself pistachio flavor when I noticed hundred of baby roaches on the tray below. I immediately told the guy behind the counter and ran out of there. Never again will I go to that location.

I love this location because they always have lucky taro! Never get rid of this flavor please it is amazing! I also love that they have a great variety of toppings that you can combine. I just wasn't happy bc I didn't get a receipt with my order and I couldn't use the app to redeem my points.

Kenny provided exceptional service with great hospitality. The restaurant should consider hiring more staff members like him as he sets a high standard for others to emulate.

Great location and great service; the staff are very nice and the place is clean. Love that I am able to put the toppings and ice cream in the cup myself; the Red Mango located at Fresh Meadows doesn't have this option, which is why I like going to this location.
