Kenny provided exceptional service with great hospitality. The restaurant should consider hiring more staff members like him as he sets a high standard for others to emulate.
Great location and great service; the staff are very nice and the place is clean. Love that I am able to put the toppings and ice cream in the cup myself; the Red Mango located at Fresh Meadows doesn't have this option, which is why I like going to this location.
The yogurt at this restaurant is delicious, especially the coconut milk and chocolate flavors. They offer a variety of toppings to choose from and the concept is very innovative.
Rude service and won't be coming back nor will I recommend this location to others. Thankfully, I know many froyo areas with genuine /respectful customer service. I'm a regular customer at red mango so I can tell when quality changes. I don't like dramaso I'll be moving on and no I don't want BS response from owner bye!
