The food was cold and the play area was closed. The service was not good, and overall the atmosphere was lacking. I would rate the food a 3, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1. The price per person for lunch was $10-20.

Poor customer service. Regularly missing items. Most recently Manager was expediting drive through orders, missed a sandwich, after returning to the store for the missed sandwich 20 minutes later still wanted me to pay for the extra sauce I originally ordered.
