While many people are familiar with Beijing duck, not everyone knows about the Beijing Lamb Spine. At first glance, it resembles a hot pot, but you'll notice a pot filled with lamb spine. Once you've enjoyed the lamb, you can add vegetables or other meats to the pot. I prefer to eat it without any sauce, as the soup base is so flavorful on its own. It transports me back to my days in Beijing and evokes a sense of nostalgia.

All other food was also served fresh, we’ve been craving satisfied. Staffs were very friendly and initiative to introduce and recommend what’s good to us.
