They also had at their old lo... read more This place is an awesome place for authentic Beijing style Lamb Hot Pot. We also get some of the lamb spine hot (eat the marrow! . They also had at their old location great stuff like scallion pancakes. However, at the new place near Macy's they are too busy with the meat to make this great stuff. We love it.

While many people are familiar with Beijing duck, not everyone knows about the Beijing Lamb Spine. At first glance, it resembles a hot pot, but you'll notice a pot filled with lamb spine. Once you've enjoyed the lamb, you can add vegetables or other meats to the pot. I prefer to eat it without any sauce, as the soup base is so flavorful on its own. It transports me back to my days in Beijing and evokes a sense of nostalgia.
