I really appreciate that the desserts aren’t overly sweet, and the almond bubble tea and mango shake are fantastic. The rolls and eclairs are also great!
Outstanding experience! The coffee is delicious, and the bread is always fresh, offering a great variety. The only downside is that it can get quite crowded at times. However, the wait for a table is reasonable. The service is exceptional, and the place is very clean.
The prices for roll cakes and Asian pastries are quite excellent.
Poor customer service, I usually order birthday cake from this store, I called to order again 2 days ago, sale person told me to order online. Then the price is higher than store order. The sale person should mention the different.
My biggest complaint was that they didn’t inform me that they were out of boba, which is my favorite part of boba tea. When I inquired if the boba was included, they told me they were out and suggested cherry instead. I tried it, but it didn’t complement the tea well. This is why I didn't give a five-star rating; it would have been nice if they had mentioned they were missing such a key ingredient. It felt similar to ordering coffee with cream and sugar and just receiving milk and sugar. Overall, if I decide to return to this location, I will be more specific with my questions before ordering the boba.
