I had no issues with this Dunkin/Baskin-Robbins combo! My ice cream was delicious, unlike the last few I had at other Dunkin locations in the NYC metro area.
I really enjoyed this location because the service was quick, the cashier was friendly, and their donuts were deliciously fresh.
Worst customer service. Even being a customer the bathroom was out of order. The cashier on the front was very rude. This location always does this. Dunkin brands should spend some money on training these people who have zero customer serviceexperiences. I wish i could give a zero star.
Location used to be great, now they have people waiting in line for fifteen minutes at a time.
This is my second time at this location for grab and go I ended up spending 20 minutes longer than I have too?The service is a zero for me I feel these ladies are running around like chickens with no heads?.They didn?t know what they were doing messing upthe orders?The line is at the door and everyone is complaining, very disappointed with Dunkin? this will be my last trip at anyDunkin you guys lost a customer?.Not a friendly environment so nasty and disgusting in the establishment.
