Why are all Dunkins going bad? So far service slow, rude and never have what I ask for

The store is clean, the floor is large, there are parking spaces, and the units are very friendly, but the store manager is very arrogant! Even a cup of coffee asked for less ice, but I wanted to argue with the customer and said that this is Shaobing (a half cup of ice is called Shaobing), and finally I asked for cream and didn’t put it.
They always short change coffee latte. You are basically paying full price for 7/8 of the drink. Check your drinks before you leave the store.
The person who seems like owner did take orders and serve the foods with no covering his mouth. Feel so terrible.

I wanted to purchase a donut from Dunkin Donuts, but was unsure of the price. I went to the store and asked the employee, who informed me it was $1.59. After returning home to get money, I braved the snowy weather to come back to the store. To my surprise, the employee kindly gave me a donut and two extra munchkins at no additional cost. I was touched by this gesture and will always remember it. The donuts were delicious and the atmosphere of the store was lovely. I would rate my experience 5 out of 5.
I had the perfect experience at this restaurant. I ordered a Salted Caramel Cold Brew and was pleasantly surprised by the generous amount of foam on top. Plus, I got it during a promotion and saved over a dollar on a medium-sized drink.
I appreciate Dunkin' for their excellent service at this place. The staff working here are great, but we could use more Spanish-speaking employees. The staff member who speaks both Spanish and English does a very good job.

The staff is friendly and the food is fresh and the place is very clean. It's my favorite Dunkin in Flushing. I would recommend the white cheddar bagel twist its best tossed.

Convenient place people working there are friendly the place is most of the time nice and clean. The food is amazing. My favorite is the avocado, toast, and the girl name Sukhi. She is very friendly fast service and professional. I hope Dunkin?Donuts has more people like her.
Great service, especially during rush hour or when doing a quick pick up for a school event. Teachers need Dunkin. ????
I bought a sandwich the other day and Sukhi made it right before i came in the store and it was really fast and really good service not to mention the sandwich tasted amazing.
I went this store this morning at 8:27am, asked for the free food that when purchased a medium coffee which is offering through 10/31/22 for Members. They told me they don't have that. After I show them the advertisement several times and email fromDunkin, they said today is 10/30 not 10/31, they do not sell this to me, and wanted me to go somewhere else. The manager andstaff do not speak English well and have bad attitudes.
