Always start my day there the morning crew is great and evening crew is probably only like two employees thier pretty good but watch out for the regulars that hangout there ???? get in quick and leave ???? View all feedback.

40 minutes for a coffee, and order was wrong anyway. Two Karens showed up after me but got served before like 10 other people waiting. Can?t blame the staff though cause they were being verbally harassed so probably a good move to just get them out asap lol. Also, as the other reviews mentioned, there were indeed a lot flies ? . Not worth it, just go down to the gates, more coffee options down there.

They do not accept payments via the Dunkin' app, and unlike the Dunkin' locations at JFK, they do not serve Red Bull.
The restaurant was infested with flies, and the staff had a hard time getting even the simplest orders correct. The coffee was terrible; it had so much sugar syrup added (which I didn't request) that my drink was completely white and barely resembled coffee. Even after stirring it, it remained undrinkable and tasted solely of sugar syrup. My friends who ordered drinks had similar issues; all of our beverages were excessively sweetened and tasted off. I was really let down, especially since Dunkin' is usually my go-to for coffee, but this experience was very disappointing.
I asked if any of the donuts were vegan and the girl looked at me like I was speaking another language. I had to repeat three times and she had no idea. So I asked if she knew what the donuts are made of and she said she didn’t know. I asked if anyone else would know and she said no. WILD. Also $7 for water seems insanely expensive. My coffee at Starbucks was cheaper. Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
