This neighborhood is filled with Korean restaurants and cafes, and it was amusing to see that the majority of the diners were Korean seniors! We ordered the strawberry flakes, which is similar to shaved ice, served with a pot of ice. It came with these little red spheres that resembled salmon roe, but they were actually strawberry-flavored and burst in your mouth. The combination of textures was quite unique and refreshing. My friend also tried the banana bread, but unfortunately, it was a bit dry.

The shaved ice was... read more I visited this place for their famous green tea shaved ice cream, and the location is super convenient since it's right by the LIRR station. The shaved ice was enjoyable—nothing too spectacular, but definitely unique; I haven't come across anything like it in the city before. The portion size was generous, but even with two of us sharing, we had quite a challenge finishing it! Haha!
