However, once the food arrives, it's definitely worth the wait. The dishes are delicious, featuring great noodle textures and flavors. I found the beet mazemen to be a bit too citrusy and sweet with the yuzu for my taste, so I prefer the more savory options. Overall, it’s solid food. Perhaps the long wait is a clever marketing strategy after all.

Nonetheless, the food was fantastic, and I will definitely return.
