THIS PLACE NEEDS CORPORATE, HIPAA, STATE HEALTH DEPARTMENTs ATTENTION ASAP !!!This Dunkin’ Donuts baskin ribbons is SO disgusting inside and out. The windows are foggy with some sort of brown residue I’m guessing that’s from the food prep not cleaning FOR YEARS) the floors smell like throw up inside. There’s a chubby older Indian lady that works the special needs male employer to literal DEATH. I stood on line and watched for about 15 minutes as she DEMANDED and pointed at him to do 10 different things in the matter of seconds. She had the poor guy preparing food and coffee then she sent him to empty the over flowing garbage, then she demanded that he service us as she twisted and turned doing NOTHING). She did EVERYTHING in her power to not service the African American patrons. When she realized that the special needs employee was unable to do all the above and service us, she came over without gloves took our order and everyone else’s then proceeded to serve ice cream and donuts without gloves on after feeling on money for ridges and counting change to give back patrons) in such a time COVID-19) , I then watched her attempt to scoop our ice cream with NO GLOVES AND MASK HANGING JUST BELOW HER NOSE AREA. I asked for a refund and she REFUSED and acted like she all of a sudden didn’t speak English. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL COVID-19 SPREADERS BE VERY VERY CAREFUL GOING HERE CROSS CONTAMINATION DISCRIMINATION
Terrible service! We stopped by to get some ice cream and ended up waiting far too long, despite there being three staff members and only one customer in front of us. After a considerable wait, we finally asked if anyone could assist us. They all pretended to be busy, and after another long wait, an irritated employee approached us and asked what we wanted in a very gruff manner. We simply ordered a cone with a scoop of ice cream. When he handed us the cone, the ice cream immediately fell off and onto the ground. Instead of offering a solution, the employee insisted it would be a double charge and blamed us for the incident. I believe a good owner would have covered the cost, especially since we’d never experienced something like this before; ice cream that is prepared and served properly shouldn't just fall off like that! But he continued to insist on the extra charge, looking quite angry. I strongly advise against going there!
This is likely the worst Baskin Robbins I've ever visited. The employee was constantly rushing and seemed rude. He mentioned that he was the only one working while others were handling pick-up orders, but it looked like he wasn't doing much at all. The customer service was terrible, and we will definitely not be returning here.
It was disturbing to see how she treated the African American customers, often avoiding serving them. When it became clear that the special-needs employee was overwhelmed, she came over without wearing gloves, took our order along with others, and then began serving ice cream and donuts without any gloves—after handling cash and counting change. Especially during a time like COVID-19, this was incredibly alarming. I watched as she attempted to scoop our ice cream with no gloves and her mask hanging below her nose. I asked for a refund, but she refused and pretended not to understand English. This experience was absolutely terrible. I urge everyone to be very cautious when considering this place; there are serious issues of cross-contamination and discrimination.
