Unfortunately, it's a bit difficult, as the places on the train are very limited (8 places, every quarter of an hour). After waiting for 40 minutes at the bottom, we pay the ticket at the top (the uphill and downhill journey is a proud 25.00, GA/half-fare ticket no discount). Hearty and small gondola lift. The 2x4 gondolas run every 15 minutes or more often when there are customers. CHF 15 for one way 15 or 25 there and back.
In diesem Restaurant kann man very good station cuisine. The hosts take care of the guests' wishes. They also have a very fine wild buffet and butcher and other events every year. If you register and reserve for dinner beforehand, the cable car ride to 1600 meters is free. Beautiful view of the Churfirsten. Of course, there are also beautiful modern rooms here for overnight stays and a large playground is also available. From here, very nice hikes can be done and even snowshoeing in winter.
Die Lage ist sehr schön, die Bedienung freundlich und das Essen war auch gut. Leider kann man das nicht über das Wirtepaar sagen ... Das Personal wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass das Eis unter anderem abgelaufen war (mit Datum), aber leider hat sich niemand vom Wirtepaar gezeigt (beide waren anwesend), geschweige denn kamen sie, um sich zu entschuldigen!
Ich kam mit meinen Kindern zu unserer ersten Skierfahrung. Es ist nicht ideal zum Skifahren am Flumserberg, da es etwas abseits liegt. Es ist jedoch eine Erfahrung für sich. Die Gondel zum Auf- und Abfahren dauert ca. 12 Minuten. und die Kinder waren begeistert. Das Hotel wurde vor weniger als einem Jahr rekonstruiert und wiedereröffnet. Es ist modern und gut ausgestattet und hat immer noch ein gemütliches Chaletgefühl. Das Paar, das es besetzt (vielleicht besitzen es auch? Sind freundlich, großzügig und fürsorglich. Gutes Frühstück und Abendessen auch.
