Th... read more Today I was allowed to spend my lunch break here. There is a lot to lunch here, no wonder that you get good food here and the service is friendly. Come back. Thanks for the hospitality that I am in September 2020 and today on 21. July 2021. I was very kindly greeted and served, the menu was of course also very good I can only recommend the stars in Flums I change my application (I never did it) from 4 to 5 stars. Thanks for the hospitality and the additional smile at the reception

W... read more Luckily we had reserved a reservation, and as a thank you we were seated right next to the regulars' table, even though almost all the other tables were free. Well, the atmosphere changed from a country inn to a village bar, at least we now know some insider stories about Hinz and Kunz in Flums . My companion ordered the Cordon Bleu with fries, the meat was okay and if you like unsalted industrial fries you will get your money's worth here. I was so cheeky and got salt from the buffet. I ordered the 220g beef fillet with salads for 56Fr, not bloody. As soon as I cut the meat for the first time, blood ran into the salad dressing, which prompted me to call the service. She actually took the plate back to the kitchen and when it came back all the blood was still in the plate. With another cut into the meat, more blood came out and I left the plate and almost the entire fillet standing. There was no verbal apology from the waitress, no coffee on the house and no discount for this pathetic culinary service. Conclusion: If you are unable to fry a fillet properly, it might be better to offer a bratwurst with hash browns instead. We will definitely not visit this restaurant a second time
