LACK OF ON-SITE MANAGEMENT AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! They refuse to provide the name or contact information for a manager or owner. When you call, you end up talking to someone with a heavy accent who's difficult to understand! The app indicated that my pizza was ready, but when I arrived at the store to pick it up, the staff acted completely clueless about my order. I had to recreate it without even being able to check what I originally ordered. This is no way to operate a business! The staff, mostly teenagers, seem to lack any understanding of customer service.
