What Danny B doesn't like about Gigi's Cupcakes:
Bad service last year they charged me for cupcake they did not give to me the caused and argued about it even with receipt showing them the mistake. I talked to their home office and they NEVER did anything about it nor was there was never I'm Sorry. So I will never do business with a stealing business like that, sorry any poor business practice View all feedback.
Delicious! Every time we visit Flowood, my daughter insists we stop by Gigi's for a sweet treat, and that's all the reason I need to go!
Had the six pack today for my birthday. cupcakes are great but staff didn’t look like happy, maybe she is opening shift and having monday blues.?
Cupcakes are good , not great in all either the cake didn't taste the best kinda dry or the icing was off just way too sweet or not sweet enough. Now usually great customer service will get 2 stars to start off with but wasn't nothing over whelming they helped didn't smile kinda was a drag they were there. But overall if you are in the area try them out.
These cupcakes are the best cupcakes i’ve ever tasted, my family and i got 6, wedding cupcake, lemon cupcake, chocolate chip cookie dough, banana pudding, oreo, and red velvet.They were so good I had to write this review. Defintley worth the hype 10/10.
The customer service was lacking. The cupcakes were dry, and the icing was overly sweet, making them unenjoyable. There was no balance to the flavors.
