The staff always appears to be having a good time while still being attentive to customers, even when it's busy or they're short-staffed. I absolutely love their papadias. I usually dine in to get my pizzas fresh, but I've also tried their delivery service, and the drivers are consistently prompt and professional.

Please inform your team that when using the pizza cutter, they should actually press down hard enough to slice through the pizza. We have six children causing chaos here, struggling to pull the slices apart, with toppings ending up all over the floor. The kids are also getting frustrated when someone else accidentally touches their slice, turning what should be a quick and easy meal into a complete disaster. What would help immensely is if your staff would simply apply more pressure when cutting the pizza. Someone is getting paid to do this, so it would be reasonable to ask them to do it properly. Alternatively, consider investing in heavier pizza cutters that can actually get the job done or even renting a more effective cutter. Or, if all else fails, just provide a decent pizza slicer we can use ourselves—maybe even charge a little extra for it. On the bright side, the pizza tasted great!

When I called the restaurant, they expressed their regret but mentioned they were closing for the evening. They offered me a free meal, but when I later called to redeem it, they only offered me half of what I had originally ordered and were quite rude about it.
