What Elizabeth Harrell doesn't like about El Sombrero:
Food was great, I loved my burrito and taco. Everyone enjoyed their food. Service checked in on us multiple times, asked how the food was and refilled our drinks, a long with free chips. The only thing was that when I went to the bathroom it was... Pretty bad. The urinal was covered with a plastic bag, it was very dirty with a lot of trash and what I am assuming was water on the ground and sink. 3 stars. Just don't u... View all feedback.
Great food. Service with a smile. Only at the flowery branch location. Waiter was very prompt and attentive.
This place just amazes me. GREAT food, service and prices. Never disappointed here. Keep up the great work!! Love this place! Can't say enough good things. Hostess does a great job managing the crowd of people coming in. Very polite and organized! Vegetarian options: Nice to see such a wide variety of veggie options and they taste great!
I’ve gotten takeout here multiple times and it’s always been so good. I really enjoy the chicken fajitas and black beans. Definitely recommend.
We ordered fajitas and they were good, not bad at all. Sangria was tasty also. The chips were broken pieces for the most part. And the fajitas for two came with three wraps. I asked for one more and they brought out another foil of three and charged $1.50. That doesn't make sense to me. It wasn't a bad experience, it just could have been better with a little more attention to details.
It’s been ten years since I’ve been back to this place. Nothing has changed. They still call bell peppers poblanos. They are not! Chips so thin and looked recycled. Beans dry and cool. Rice under cooked. At 1145am the place has maybe a dozen people. Fresh sells especially when you call yourself a Mexican restaurant. They must earn enough off overflow in the area. How many more years will it take for the management to care?
