My partner and I, along with a group of friends, went out last night to enjoy ourselves and catch the Cowboys game. I had called the night before and spoke with the manager, John, who was extremely friendly and assured me that our group would be well taken care of. We were seated in the private dining room, and Cole was our server. He mentioned that he was new, but he did an excellent job. He was attentive to our needs and very personable. The food was delicious—the fried pickles were a highlight! The beer selection was also impressive. I didn't try any cocktails this time, but I'll definitely give them a shot on my next visit as the menu had some intriguing options. Overall, I'm really glad we decided to check this place out, and I think we may have found a new favorite spot.
The beers were great! And the food was even better! We ordered the fish and chips and the Buffalo Chicken sandwich was amazing!(little spicy but great A long with other appetizers we definitely left full and happy! We will be back and try more items on the menu for sure : staff was friendly and helpful being our first time. Cant wait for the next date night.
I had the poutine fries, which were topped with vibrant gravy and cheese curds. They also included bacon and the perfect amount of jalapeños. I absolutely fell in love with this calorie-packed dish; it was a new culinary experience for me even at my age. Additionally, the fried pickles were the best I’ve ever had—nothing else comes close. They were slightly sweet and not overly salty like some fried pickles, and the batter was almost like tempura, incredibly crispy. Oh, and I should mention that they have an impressive selection of about 60 beers on tap. I tried the Temptress Nitro, and it made for a great day!
At supper State Draft House Friday night. The rest of the happy hour bunch loves to sample the ever changing beer selection. But I have found my thing the YUMMY burgers!
So let me start by saying if your just want a beer and appetizer, go here. Great atmosphere. As far as food goes, that is where it earned the 3 stars. First we ordered the onion rings appetizer and when it finally came with our meal what we got was plain onion rings (their normal side). In a way that was good because that gave us an opportunity to taste them in their original state. Touted as sweet crispy onion rings, what we received were not that sweet and a bit greasy. They weren't horrib
