The person at the window was extremely helpful, especially since it was my first time using the app. She walked me through the process, and I really appreciated her assistance. What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
We were disappointed with our experience at the restaurant. The service was lacking, and it seemed like they couldn't keep enough Earl Grey tea in stock. This is basic inventory management, and it really affected our visit. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. View all feedback.

Came at 10:30 on a Sunday and the place looked very unorganized. I didn't know if they were open because there were unopened boxes on the counter and on all floors. No one greeted me and I had to ask if someone could accept my order. 7 people work and 3 of them look like they hate their job/life. Get it together.

What a disappointment. Not only was it dirty and insecure (there were boxes half along the counter, which were to order a puddle water and wet ground) but they were made of just about every pastry and had no sleeves for hot coffee. Burning my fingers wasn't exactly what I wanted to start my day.
We ordered soy cappuccinos but received a milk that had an unusual smell. When I called to address the issue, they insisted it was soy milk. It's disappointing to see such a lack of care in preparing coffee. I'm really let down, especially considering the price of the drinks. Food rating: 1/5.
