Sonic Drive-in - Flower Mound

I had never gotten food poisoning from Sonic before, but after visiting this particular location, that changed. I had forgotten about it for four years, but now I've suffered illness again. The cleanliness of the kitchen staff seems questionable, and I'm genuinely concerned about the food safety standards here. I recommend driving to another location instead. Be wary of the unsanitary conditions and the cold, unappetizing food. Just remember this warning and take care of yourself. You might end up regretting it.

Sonic is a decent spot for American cuisine, but their real standout feature is the variety of drinks! They offer an extensive selection of slushes, lemonades, limeades, teas, sodas, coffee, milk, and juice. Additionally, Sonic is famous for their ice, which you can purchase for less than $3.00 per bag. The top snack on their menu is definitely the pretzel twists!

I left without ordering. The Sonic app wouldn't work, again, but you have to use the app to get the discounts. So annoying that a large company like Sonic can't have a usable app. Or worse, they intentionally sabotage their app to keep you from using your discounts.

Nice staff delivering food! Only reason for not giving 5 stars as the last 3 hamburgers were wrong. I do not order a hamburger there anymore. I get breakfast and that is all.

How hard is it to just make what a person orders? I ordered an orange slushy float. A float should not be that hard of a concept for Sonic. But what l got was a vanilla shake. Then, when I complained about it and asked for the orange slushy part, it just came out as an orange slushy and they wanted the vanilla shake back. Like they were not just going to throw it away. Overall it was a bad experience and I will not be going back to that location ever again.
