I don?t usually come here, but I did today with friends and got the Angel Food. Great smoothie, but even better was talking to the staff, especially Twan. It was nice talking to them while I waited for my order instead of just being on my phone. View all feedback.

OMG! I order the same smoothie almost everyday and today it tasted weird and watery. I called the store after ordering on Uber eats to see if there was a change in what they use or what happened. Someone put the manager on the phone and I tried to explain that it just did not taste good at all. She then says we?ll what do you want me to do i cannot give refunds if you ordered it from Uber eats. I said that was not what i was asking for and if she could have it remade because i have not drink it. She proceeded to tell me if I did not drink it then how do i know it doesn?t taste good as i was telling her that is not what i meant (i was literally just showing good faith so they did not think i was trying to get a free smoothie i took a couple of sips before saying it did not taste good) she then hung up on me. I cannot believe she did that I?m in utter shock. I don?t think i have ever had anyone do that ever. I called back and asked an associate for the corporate office number and they said they don?t give it out. Luckily it?s listed on google for the world to see! Will never patronize this establishment again and the manager who said her name was Raven needs better customer service skills because if the manager is hanging up on customers what does that tell you about who they hire. I will never go back here as long as she is the manager. Should have read previous reviews regarding their customer service. UPDATE I contemplated even leaving this review up because i did get a call from the VP after giving a complaint to the corporate office but i am going to leave this up because bad customer service is bad customer service and Raven the manager said she did not hang up on me she was disconnected. She told no truth to higher level management and overall just sad because it was my go to store. I do want to say the VP was very responsive to my complaint and talked with me at length about what happened so updating my review because of that i really wish it d

I don?t typically visit Smoothie King all that much, but this place was amazing. They had great service (shout out to Twan) and the smoothies were astonishing.
