Do you really close at 9 pm as posted? Or do you stop serving customers at 8:45 (or maybe even earlier) so your staff can clock out at 9? If it’s the latter (and yes, it is), you might want to change your advertised closing time to 8:45 so customers won’t arrive at 8:50 expecting to be served (stupid us).
