What User doesn't like about Papa John's Pizza:
When the food was delivered, the delivery person didn't ring the doorbell. We didn't receive any notification that she had arrived, and we were missing an entire pizza. When I called to report this, all I got was an apology, and they informed me that we would need to wait an additional 40 minutes for the missing pizza. View all feedback.
Waited over an hour until I decided to just go there. You have no drivers. Good. A call would have been nice so I could get down earlier.
The cheese on the pizza looked so good. Just the way I liked it!

This company has went down hill so bad. Ordered this pizza today and it's the worst pizza I've ever had. Dry. Bland. This is lower than Cicis quality. As I'm writing this it's making me furious at how bad this pizza is. I will avoid Papa John's pizza for the rest of my life because of how terrible this pizza looks and tastes.
I ordered 3 medium pizzas today and they all looked like small pizzas. Barely any sauce. More crust than anything. I received a text saying my order was ready but it was not ready when i went to pick up my order. They had to remake one of the pizzas. All of the pizzas looked terrible and the 2 young guys working there were laughing and not professional at all. The worst I've ever had.
