Palio's Pizza Cafe Flowermound

I ordered the Calzone for the first time today, and I was surprised to find it flat! It was really delicious. I had the pepperoni and cheese filling, and I think I might actually prefer it to the pizza.

The whole family enjoys the pizza and the fresh, crisp salads. The patio is a lovely spot with charming lights, perfect for bringing a bottle of wine and unwinding. They are also quite accommodating with dietary requests.

The pizzas are fantastic, but unfortunately, the same can't be said for the service. It seems like the staff, especially those answering the phone, really dislike their jobs. The stars I give are solely for the food. Each time I've been there, the experience with everything else has been poor. From my perspective, the customer service is terrible—there have been mix-ups with dates and times, and the overall tone and attitude of the staff have been quite rude.

I've been over 4 contents in my life.. And more than 20 countries including Italy.. The land of pizza This is the most delicious and amazing pizza I have ever had. The place is clean and beautiful The employees are nice. Everything is amazing.

We called and ordered a large pizza for delivery. They showed up with 2 and we were charged for 2. We called the store to see what the problem was and encountered the rudest manager I’ve ever dealt with. He called us liars. Screamed at us. And refused to correct the problem. We can prove only 1 phone call was made. They do have a brand new trainee. We have been long time clients but that ended tonight. Beware!!
