This is my go-to spot for a drink. The beer selection frequently changes, offering a great variety of local craft brews—don't expect to find Budweiser or Coors here. One of the biggest surprises is the small rotating menu, which produces amazing dishes from a tiny kitchen. The food is consistently delicious and satisfying. The BOJ Burger has become a family favorite, and this charming local bar is one of the main rea... View all feedback.
What Joshua Marks doesn't like about Local Pint:
Bad experience all around. Just eh, food. You can get anything on this menu anywhere in Texas. In fact the Red Robin down the road is better for that kind of food. Also don’t have to hear waitresses comparing to themselves to Donald Trump or any other politicians. I visited this restaurant for the first time and was impressed. The service was excellent, and the beer selection was great. The waitstaff was attentive without being intrusive. The prices were reasonable, and the bar menu was solid. We ordered appetizers—hummus and waffle fries—and both were delicious. I will definitely return. For vegetarians, they offer hummus and Impossible meat products. Meal type: Other. Price per person: $10–20.
This restaurant is a regular spot for us each week. They offer an impressive variety of beers. While the food choices are somewhat limited, they introduce new items every month. They are also in the process of expanding the restaurant. If you're looking for a "Cheers" atmosphere, this is a fantastic choice—after just a few visits, the staff will recognize you by name. The service is consistently outstanding. We enjoy dining in here!
On the downside, the owner was wearing a Packers jersey, which was just a bit of light-hearted trash talk. I also thought the tater tots could have been cooked a little longer to achieve more crispiness, but they were still good. Overall, it was a lovely evening!
This was like a small pub with pleasant atmosphere and super wait staff. Limited food menu items which is ideal, but long list of beers to choose from. Tried the Brat, a beer bratwurst and it was very savory. Wife had burger on brioche bun and said it was tasty and cooked properly. Try the loaded waffle fries with beer cheese, bacon bits and green onions. Definitely will rrturn when in Dallas area. Service: Dine in
Can't wait to come back and try more beers. 48 beers and ciders change daily. You can try anything before you buy!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
