I went in today with no line and only two other people in store and it took 40 mins for my one sandwich. I had to go ask. It’s not too hard to take care of people in the store. Seems like I will be ordering mobile more. They offered for me to grab a brownie or drink while I waited so that was nice.I will say they are nice everytime I come, but the timing issue is an issue. And without fail, I had to wait 30 min past when it was set to be ready. It would have been SIGNIFICANTLY faster to have just gone through the line when I arrived. Jersey Mike’s subs are fantastic and this location is simply the best.The crew is always hustling with smiles on their faces. Max especially does an outstanding job with the customers.
I come by almost once a week! It is the best jersey mikes I have ever been to staff is always smiling and having a great time. Very friendly and always a great sandwich!
These young men working tonight delivered the most incredible service. I walked in a minute before closing and these gentlemen welcomed me with open arms. They were so kind and didn't make me feel as if i were a burden coming in at the last minute. Outstanding staff!

I have a mayonnaise allergy and stated it in BOLD letters on the order ahead section and yet here we are- now I can't eat the top half of my 17$ sandwich or the other ingredients it touched. I'll just make a sandwich from home from now on.
