Jakes Burgers And Beer - Flower Mound

We had a large group come in this past Sunday without giving the restaurant a heads up and had a great experience. Morgan took care of us, kept our checks separate (without us even asking and got everyone's orders right. She also made sure we had coldbeer : She was super positive and happy even though I know she wasn't expecting such a large group. And kudos to the kitchen- they got all the burgers out way faster than I expected.

We always have a great experiences at Jakes in Flower Mound but this last Sunday Morgan really impressed us. She was personable and attentive our entire meal. She also had great recommendations without being pushy. A big thanks to her and as always theentire staff at Jakes!

Morgan Hamilton went above and above to accommodate to my celiac disease. She made it possible for me to enjoy not a burger of my choice; but also tater tots and a milkshake that wasn?t even on the menu . Servers never go out of their way to make sure I can safely eat. She made me feel comfortable and excited to eat here. Thanks Morgan! You?re the best!
