So for the first time on the 9th my daughter took me to CAVA in flower moundAnd I must say I was so happyEspecially being a person that don’t like their food, t... read more So for the first time on the 9th my daughter took me to CAVA in flower moundAnd I must say I was so happyEspecially being a person that don’t like their food, touching each other and altogether but I tried it and it was wonderful. The food was delicious. The service was extra ordinary, and the restaurant is self was so clean smelt fresh. I enjoyed my first experience very much thank you very much Carver. Cava and the cashier by the name of Alex was the bestI am a very picky personAnd she had so much patience with me. She helped me pick out what I wanted tasted the different meats help me with the sauce the different sources she was wonderful again thank you very much, Alex.So today is the 10th and the server, Alex recognize me from last night sweet young lady a young man started to fix my food and I wasn’t happy with the way he was placing the food in my bowl. I asked Alex to take over and she quickly rectified the situation. The food is great. The service is good. Unfortunately the young man needs a little etiquette and serving food, but again Alex was great. The food is great. I went back tonight because I didn’t want to cook and you have enough food for two nights my new chipotle I stopped going to chipotle along time ago. The food started being terrible and the prices isn’t good, but I don’t mind paying the money because the food is good. The Services is good the restaurant is clean again thank you Alex.

They are roast... read more These are the veggies I was served. When I raised a concern about it, I was quickly dismissed as an employee said ?These are Mediterranean bowls. They are roasted. These are not burned, I can assure you.?Then I asked a second employee, I was alsodismissed. No effort was made to correct it or make me, the costumer, feel heard. Very disappointed. Also slightly disgusted!Burned and mushy. So glad they listened to their concerned costumer :

I?m hardly one to take the time to leave a review but this place WOWed me and I had to share. I had never HEARD of Cava before it opened up in highland village near my house. When I visited, I let my server Andrew know that itwas my first time. He was super helpful and let me sample some of the options so I was able to pick my favorite out of foods Ihad never tried before. I loved trying so many new foods and getting the perfectly catered bowl that easily. Andrew made myexperience and I love cava
