Over the past 6 months the service has steadily been... read more We've been visiting Cava since they opened in flower mound and it's been our Thursday weekly lunch routine. Over the past 6 months the service has steadily been declining, people taking the orders often abrupt, quantities have dropped and often miss key ingredients. When I order a harissa avocado I would expect not to tell the people would at least put the base ingredients. They don't even ask if a pita needs to be included. Chicken is kid size and I've seen people wanting to double the meat. I don't think we're going to go to this location anymore, plenty of other locations that are completely nicer.

Create your own bowl, pick your base.. pick your proteins, sauces and toppings. Like Chipotle but better. Top that off with friendly faces and we'll continue to drop in weekly! These are not burned, I can assure you.?Then I asked a second employee, I was alsodismissed. No effort was made to correct it or make me, the costumer, feel heard. Very disappointed. Also slightly disgusted!Burned and mushy. So glad they listened to their concerned costumer :

I?m hardly one to take the time to leave a review but this place WOWed me and I had to share. I had never HEARD of Cava before it opened up in highland village near my house. When I visited, I let my server Andrew know that itwas my first time. He was super helpful and let me sample some of the options so I was able to pick my favorite out of foods Ihad never tried before. I loved trying so many new foods and getting the perfectly catered bowl that easily. Andrew made myexperience and I love cava
