Got the wrong pizza and it was impossible to find a place where there was no smoking.

We ordered 2 fish and chips with drinks. The food arrived relatively quickly, and looked delicious. However, I hadn't taken more than two bites of the fish before I discovered a black hair under one piece of fish. Took the plate inside and showed the waiter behind the bar what I had found. She just said yes, and took the plate with her. No regrets to be had. Had to wait a very long time for the food to arrive and I went in to ask for it. The waiter pointed behind me where a man came carrying a dish with the dish. Again no apology, and the man who put the food down didn't show anything that it was food that had been sent out again, so he didn't apologize either, just said he didn't understand Norwegian. My roommate had then eaten his food, so what was supposed to be a pleasant meal for two was completely amputated. When we left, it wasn't mine to look at us, there were 3 employees talking to each other. Just a shame we had paid in advance and also tipped them. Delicious beer! The fish soup was also fine.
