the drive was crazy. for 5 people ordered. they gave me three sandwiches and three pommes. I said I need my big mac. they give me that and thank me. I said I have a 10 pc nugget. I have done my order twice wrong and have not even given a compensation for waiting. that was almost an hour waiting, and I went with my school. I ordered 2 sandwiches, a blueberry muffin and a cake. the first time they gave me a big mac and pommes. The fresh food is here the highlight!!! The manager is amazing! I pointed out something that requires cleaning in the lobby, and he corrected the situation. I have great friendly surroundings with my children! Very recommended.
Obviously, people have never worked fast food and know what the dinner is doing to us. When I waited for my food, I saw some angry customers because it took too long to get their food. It's 5:00 and others are hungry. Managers and workers have done an excellent job to get a positive attitude and to supply food in a timely way, considering that the building line has been wrapped around about 2 times if not anymore. I wanted the team to know that some testify to your hard work. Thank you.
This McDonald's was fine and quicker than anyone else I was, but with saying that they mistake a 13-death of cookies for 1 pack of 3 cookies, so I had to turn around and get back to them. But I can say everything was hot and the tone of cookies where super freshly baked, so I was quite satisfied with their efforts and food.
