Jack In The Box - Florissant

If it were possible for me to give negative stars to this terrible institution, I would. In Far, this is the worst Jack in the box I've ever protected. It seems recently that every time I get some of the ride through, they are out of great size in cups and fry boxes, the order is rarely ready when I move to the window and I am asked to pull in front of the building and wait until someone bring out my order. Are the employees in this place supervised or do they do what is right in their own eyes?! Do these unripe people have the will to turn off their phones and do their jobs?! Be assured I will never protect this terrible place again!

Put an order in 9:15 door dash (Friday night closes 10), restaurant accepted the order, the dasher showed up 10-15 minutes later at 9:30 she pulled a round and they turned the lights off on her they only acknowledged her after she took a picture to say they closed and were rude to her. It was even only appetizer stuff and the commercial deep fryer I know for a fact takes a while to cool down. This is the second time, a previous time I put an order in after 8 pm and they did the same thing months ago.

Owner wanted more details experience. The one thing you'd expect from long wait times (20 min plus) would be hot food. The curly fries were Rock hard and crunchy even slathered in cheese and bacon sauce. The Dr. Pepper drink which is known to be spicy and fresh was bland and flat. This could have been a lower rating but was giving the benefit of the doubt of possibly being short-staffed. Still not a reason to get cold food. I was content with just reading and giving you the benefit of the doubt but here's your honest review that you asked for.

I've been going to this location for more than 20 years and this is the worst I've seen this restaurant. Ive come to this location multiple times and this was the last straw. I ordered a breakfast platter yesterday around 11am and they said that they were out of the eggs for it. I told them that's fine I don't need the eggs because my daughter doesn't eat eggs. He said they couldn't sell it with out the eggs. So I went on to order mini pancakes side of sausage and a loaded breakfast sandwich combo. (Can't you make scrambled eggs from freshly cracked eggs? I get my order, no bacon on my sandwich, sourdough was not toasted (edges were toasted but rest of bread was white. Had to toast it myself when I got home. No utensils to eat pancakes and no syrup. Now I get ask for condiments but a fork too? This location needs to close down or clean house. I will not return to this location.

My order was taken by Aaron per the receipt. I have frequented this location recently for convenience and Aaron is always working the drive through. He is always unfriendly and unprofessional! Today, after waiting in line for over 30 min to even place my order, I was told they are not serving lunch. (Which I wanted to order from lunch menu) Me being confused because I have always been able to get breakfast or lunch at anytime asked do they no longer serve both all day, He says yes but there is only 2 of us working today (in a very rude and unfriendly voice) Mind you, the last few times I came it?s always some issue! No more chicken patties, no more coffee, no workers? Every time I come back here I remind myself why convenience isn?t always best. I rather drive to a much further location than deal with the consistent horrible service provided here. Not to mention, I was told on multiple occasions that they were closed hours before closing time. They clearly do WHATEVER they feel like doing here!!! This restaurant is extremely poorly ran and I will NOT be returning!
