A great treat for me, as I rarely get to visit IHOP. The food is always well-prepared and I was very impressed with the prompt, polite customer service. I definitely will be returning again in the near future. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Ihop:
the service was slow and unorganized! the server was nice, but was not knowledgeable about the menu so we were missing items! the chef has not taken care of the presentation and has just sent me my food to look for some way! I hate to leave a negative review, but we have eaten money here! did not want to complain to the administration (if there were any) because the server was patient and friendly. View all feedback.
When I and my daughter went and in the restaurant it was so clean and quiet. there weren't many people in there what we like about it. it was as if we had to sit there after about 20 minutes, the people began to come. I think they were short, but the waiter who waited for everyone has made a very good job. no eating was cold drinks were refilled once. I was just really happy with the waiter. the waiter was just great. also eating was fresh and hot and very tasty they men must try that buttermilk chicken breast bacon ranch over dinner they will die for it. thanks to ihop was always one of my favorite places to go and eat?
Exceptional delicious food and great fruity drinks! Much attention from the staff. Porsche was excellent and friendly. Definitely recommend!
The waitress was adorable and very sweet. The food was really good. And my milkshake made me very happy.
Our server Michael was AWESOME. I'm always hesitant when a server takes my order without writing it down because something usually goes awry. Not with thus guy! And he brought extra napkins and straws before the food came out, which is ALWAYS a good sign. Of course, super friendly. Went for breakfast on a Saturday morning, which is probably the second busiest time. I think there was only one other server, but I didn't even notice--our service was that good. And mad respect to this location for letting him wear a rainbow mask. I know a lot of places wouldn't. Pictured: Birthday Boy about to tear into strawberry and banana pancakes.
WORST IHOP SERVICE. I ordered ahead and was told it would be 15 mins. After arriving I had to wait additional 15 mins. On top of that after arriving back home I realized they messed up my order and just gave me pancakes with syrups instead of the tres leches I paid extra for. Upon calling again, they said they can?t do anything unless I bring the order back in. The funny thing is that me and one other customer was the only ones there. So they were definitely not busy at 10:30pm at night to have such big mess ups
