Cold Stone Creamery - Florissant

I went here 4 my bday with my twin and the girl who made our ice cream waffle cone wrapped it up as if we said we want it to go. If we eating it there y would u wrap it up with all that plastic wrap cuz we still sat up there, unwrapped it and ate it. I didn't tip cuz she carelessly sent us away with out asking is our order 4 here or to go.

Absolute worst service ever in the history of ice cream preparation. In addition the order was not ready as expected per the confirmation, once assigned, the server took his time only using one paddle to prepare the first part of my order which resulted in a melted mess that was readily acknowledged by one of the other workers.. I ordered extra strawberry in the 2nd order and none could be tasted. It was the worst experience ever and if the staff can't follow the instructions given and complete in a timely fashion, online service should be suspended .after taking the time to order online the wait was ridiculously long inside and outside. Staff slow and very unconcerned about customer service!!!

They need real managers. I like the guy who manages it now he's nice but things are always chaotic with staff and orders. They play music with curse words as if children don't come in the store and they themselves curse on front of customers.

I was in charge on 11/8/22. management was very bad. the manager did not seem to know what she did and was rude. I will not come back until management is better and I see more of my favorite workers. I also saw several mistakes and caught one.

It was a few cold stones and this layer of 3 was the best so far. tonight to get a cake, but just ended up causing $75 for a cake. I don't think so. -1 star because that's too much. but I loved the customer service tonight and the way my ice was made 100
