Speaking of the Juan Valdez located in the Cine Colombia it is very disappointing, the orders are lost and sometimes they are forgotten, they deliver hail or melted snow sometimes for the same reason that the staff does not know how to order correctly to serve.

I love juan valdez, the delicious products as always, but the lousy service. first juan valdez loading, where I find the service terrible. they waited me for 45 minutes for my order.

Bad service, takes too long to order....4 employees .2 work, 2 do nothing.
