The place to go if you like craft beer and are staying/stopping at the gateway to the Keys (about halfway between other similar-quality tap rooms to the north and the Keys to the south). Friendly, laid-back staff. They do have a few house brews but focus on other top local breweries. Street art is a hit and sometimes for sale. Separate from the outside food truck. View all feedback.
What Carmen Castro doesn't like about Prison Pals Exit One Brewery Taproom:
I was extremely excited to meet up with friends, have a beer and some good food. And unfortunately, there was only 1 food truck!. Whereas, before there would be 3 or more to choose from. When asked to top off, both of my draft beers the server explained she couldn’t.And the reason I asked her is because in NORMAL beer establishments 2 fingers of foam is acceptable NOT more than that! So, basically I got shorted not 1 bu... I found this place in December 2022 and fell in love . The atmosphere is inviting and plenty of craft beers to chose from. There’s events they have like flea markets with local vendors, karaoke nights live DJs or bands and the best bartenders around. Ask for Andres and he will make your day! Especially if you become a regular he’s ready to pour your favorite drink before you even walk in! You won’t be disappointed with this awesome place it’s family friendly and dog friendly so bring your furbabys and have an awesome time I’m so happy to have this hole in the wall of Florida city. Best thing to happen down here ! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Beer Flight
Food, live music, atmosphere, the people, and bartenders were great.. had a little misunderstanding about a beer glass with the establishments logo, where this young bartender will claim is was my responsibility if someone else took it from the bar as I played billiard.. but as I was leaving the parking lot a bartender called Andres approached me and gave me the glass, overall a fun place to chill for a bit. Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
I didn't eat so I can't share about food. Great vibes. Karaoke was super bomb. They have billard table, tic-tac-toe, jinga, checkers and more. Bring your girls for girls nite or come with your friends or family. Kids not welcomed after a certain time please check accordingly when bringing your kids. Only serve beer and wine. Selection is very limited. I had a great time. Beer was good. I'll be back soon for sure Parking: Lots of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: 1st floor location. Definitely wheelchair accessible. Price per person: $1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot
Good beer. Who doesn't like good beer. A Dogfish Palo Santo would make this a five. They have a lot of IPA's, many, only one worth having and the rest is overkill. Why not a strong Ale, porter, or even a tasty pilsner with an ABV that is respectable?
Doral, Florida 's Prison Pals Brewing has bought the Exit One Taproom. That 's good news and., good news! Exit One used to be a go-to spot for an assortment of beer from lots of breweries. Always something interesting in the glass. Prison Pals serves their own line of beers and a guest tap or two. Thankfully they make worthy brews. Their 'Nelson ' and 'Double Nelson ' New England style IPAs are supurbly crafted. There were, on this particular visit, several Sour style brews. I sampled, but stayed with the Good Stuff. Prices are kept in check. Service is adequate. There 's bar seating, standups by the windows, and assorted couches and loveseats. There are also umbrella-covered seats outside in the 'No BS Zone '. There 's a food tent set up, food truck on other days. Growlers are available for take away fills at a reasonable price. Exit One has always promoted a 'Family ' enviroment in the brewpub. Prison Pals is keeping that alive, much to the chagrin of patrons who come to put their elbows up and enjoy their beer. The place is raucous with 5 year olds running amok and knocking over the Jenga like it 's daycare. It 's mercifully +21 after 9:00 PM. Overall, dang good beers, kid and pet friendly, no hip hop blaring, it 's homey, comfortable, and affordable.
