Sixteen sophisticates were consecrated yesterday with Francesco's and all were delighted by their praise of each and every court. The precursors of shrimp Ceviche, fish causa and salmon star got Rave reviews, but the Riso Nero was the overwhelming favorite dish. This secret treasure hidden in the Towers condominium is open to the public.
Wonderful evening in lounge seats near the bar. Ceviche was a standout, and the handmade Pisco Sours were world-class.
Best ceviche in Miami, get the traditional with the Francesco's white sauce.

The dining experience is exceptional! The Peruvian gourmet food is outstanding, and the tableware is uniquely distinct from typical Peruvian restaurants. The service is excellent! Although the drive from Deerfield Beach to Key Biscayne feels lengthy, it is absolutely worth it.
