My partner chose the salmon (tender, as it put in the fry pan then in the microwave for a short burst. My criticism of Brazilian sushi dessert offers is the lack of choice. It is mostly strongly fried and over sweet. How about a black sesame or green tea ice cream to complete the special occasion. This is in most places in Vancouver (Asia Influence in North America and even in many Japanese Fusion Esseries Europe. Here you have a good quality fresh ingredients including rice. Cordial service and one of the best Gin Tonics I've ever tried (cold discs down in the glass). This is the one that goes to Floripa and it is on the mainland of the bridge in Coqueiros where there are some other eclectic eating compounds to enjoy...
