Nonna's Pizza Italian - Florham Park

The company I work for orders Nonna's Buffalo Chicken Pizza all the time for meetings or just for a nice treat once in a while. It is the best I've had until this week...I'm not sure why but it didn't have the spiciness and the toppings it usually has on it. When I called to let them know, they didn't really address it. They would have 5 stars if their customer service was a little better when customers call regarding an issue.

1 star for questionable service. order $2300 earned catering. the delivery person needed a lot of help, which we fortunately undertake. he ate pizza (his own) while he stood up. the food was good. we have decided that this would be our catering. we were told to return the servierschale racks to our convenience and we would refund $5/Rack. on Saturday a large stack of 16 racks returned. the personal took racks and said person in register were 16 racks. the person in register took my credit card to issue refund. no reception. Monday a $30 credit will be posted to my card. should have been $80. I called and owner said no one returned on Saturday racks. I said I was there definitiw, he asked if I had the right nonna. I said I had her restaurant info about my credit card statement. He said he would talk to his sons and go back to me. he didn't come back to me, could it have been a mistake? I stood next to the register with a huge stack of regals. had they the opportunity to correct the error? Yes, but they didn't choose that. as proven by many reviews here, it is not important to offer them even minimal customer service for many customer base. I only hope that this will ultimately be reflected in the amount of business they receive. they have literally thousands in future business for $50.

Write this review with a very soft approach due to its nature. there is a heart that works the register, that does not seem 100,% but this must be addressed as he constantly strange deriving commentary to the women in my family (older and younger) if I am not present. This happened last time before me when I was present, and my female family members were so uncomfortable that they decided to wait outside, as our male family members were eating. @nonna’s we all have family members that we are trying to do right, but this has an insecure environment for their mozens and created women in my family and me, not appreciate a facility that has no class. we have and will take away our entire business in angelinas 30 seconds. next time stop being so creepy. we just wanted to buy food. do it well.

Great food and great people. we order the Buffalo chicken sicilian at work probably once a week and it gets better every time. World-class place.

Davey Pageviews and Frankie recommended this joint, and the dude with the massive truck was still there. Everything was fresh and delicious and they treated us like celebrities! I preferred “Nonna’s” slice over the Margherita. Both were excellent. Also, the penne pasta with the vodka sauce was awesome if you aren’t eating the pizza.
