The service here was great. She was so nice. The food was good but I thought there would be a wider range of food selection. Other than that I would still return again. View all feedback.
What Bryan Lopez doesn't like about Dos Toros Taqueria:
Usually pretty good but last few visits there has been no steak out and they have been very stingy with thr portion of steak given. I got a small portion of steak and asked for a bit more. I didn't want a double portion, just a bit more. They rudely refused. View all feedback.
Dos Toros is a better quality Chipotle, NYC company making it's way to NJ. Great spot Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
I made it my biz to get here... insisted to the Mr. that he join me and- woah!! Super blah guys, our tacos were so bland. I feel bad b/c the staff was so friendly and did all that we asked w/ no hesitation. So to clarify this is not a reflection of the workers. Unfortunately, this was not good. Gotta give props to how this is marketed, all locations look sleek yet mysterious and def spark curiousity. As for flavor of any kind, no.
Chicken was not eatable. Fat, gristle and seemed under cooked. Had to through my dish out. Very disappointing. Will never go back. Plenty of better fast casual Mexican restaurants nearby that use high quality ingredients and proteins. Surprised they have been at this location this long with such poor quality.
So glad I stopped in. Great Brussels bowl. The cashier was chomping away on something( probably the amazing food), made me question the cleanliness of the store, which is an automatic +2 in the Mexican food category. It was great. I should have grabbed some of the meat they offered, but I wasn't disappointed with the Brussels.....
This is going to sound very strange, but the corn tortillas smell like brand new rubber sneakers. I love Mexican food and have tried this place twice, but it just doesn't work for me.
