Waffle House - Florence

I love waffle house. The breakfast is always fresh and fast!

The waitress that took out order was friendly and made sure we got what we ordered. It was hot and delicious. We had double cheeseburger with fries and a Patty Melt with fries. They make a wonderful Philly cheese steak omelette and the hash browns all the way are worth the extra cost because they have ham, sauteed onions and peppers, and a melty layer of cheese.. I order my hash browns that way every time I get them. Their VIP breakfast is a super value and a considerable amount of food. Should fill up the biggest appetite. They also have take out for people on the go. Need to try them.

Brought a sausage biscuit with cheese, was fire yummy yum

Came here on a Sunday mid-morning. It was pretty busy. We were waiting on a table to be cleaned and the server was going so slow. Another table came available behind the table we were waiting on and the server for that table was quick to clean it. I asked her if the servers clean their own tables and she said yes. I then asked if we could sit at her table; bc if the other girl took that long to clean her table I could just imagine how slow she would have been serving us. Our service was good but she did miss some of the items we ordered like coffee and extras on my brother's meal. But it was quickly corrected. Food tasted great. Pricing is about $10/per person without a drink.

The usual fare but was a little salty. We had an excellent waiter.
